Well Worth Your Money

I have my own little private sausage kitchen. I process meat for making my sausages for myself and family. I have to cut six to eight front pork shoulders each time I make sausage. I must have an extremely sharp knife to cut all the meat I need to for grinding and stuffing my sausage before smoking them. This new tool is fantastic for sharpening my knives. In nothing flat I can have a deboning knife that will shave you. Not only does it sharpen the knives, the knives hold an edge better than sharpening it with my old Manuel sharpener. Once the do dual all I have to do is make about 4 passes through my new sharpener and the knife is back to a razors edge. Thanks for such a worthwhile product. It saves me time and money.
