Perfect OEM fit
This is a replacement part for the back cover only of a Lexus key that has the remote functions built in. We have a Lexus GX 470 and the back cover broke because we dropped it. I removed the screw that holds the back cover and removed the back cover. This replacement back cover fit PERFECTLY on our 2004 GX470 key. Of course, we reused our front cover, metal key and electronics. Total repair time was 45 seconds.

Works perfectly with my Chamberlain Garage Door Opener
This remote works on my Chamberlain garage door opener. If your garage door opener has a red button to activate the learning more, you should be in business. On mine, I pressed and held the red button that was near the top of the unit (I had to take the light cover off) fartherset from the garage door on the right (to the right of the bulb). Next, I held the button on the remote that I wanted to use until the garage door opener light blinked twice? Voila! Make sure you replace your garage door bulb first if it is burnt out. You can control up to four garage doors, but you have to program them separately. This remote has amazing range. It uses an odd battery but you can get lots of them for cheap on eBay. I keep the remote on my keychain and it is durable, standing up to my keychain abuse.
