The iPad Pro is a handy tool

The iPad Pro is a robust tablet that works as advertised. Not quite as powerful and versatile as my Mac laptop, but more portable and compact, it is a great partner to my iPhone and iMac. The Mac store has hundreds of handy work-saving and entertainment apps for the iPad, including popular office apps.

A refreshingly unstuffy history of our country

Bill Bennett is a patriot who has written a loving history of the United States. I bought this book because I wanted an encapsulated walk-through of our nation's early colonial and revolutionary history. I received a bonus when Mr. Bennett took me through the 19th century to World War I. The author's writing style is emminently readable, interesting, well-documented, and, for once, shows both sides of controversial issues in our nation's turbulent history, including the evils of slavery, the period leading up to our bloody Civil War through our industrial revolution. If you're looking for a fast "survey" of America's history, buy this book! (I'm waiting eagerly for Volume II.)

Entertaining space shooter with tons of feature, challenges, and weapons.

As a long-time Borderlands player, I was quite pleased with Borderlands3. The PS4 version is fast, robust, and doesn't freeze up like its Mac counterpart. You can choose your character and navigate the challenging worlds and fight client villains with your tool kit of powerful weapons.
