  My purchase took longer than promised to send. Packaging was the worst thing I have ever seen! Many broken pieces and no response to my request to make it right. I am very sad, indeed. Such disregard for china that had lasted over 100 years, slapped into a box with only a piece of paper between each plate and not even stacked and without stuffing to keep things from sliding around. Ugh! I have photos, too but have a hard time getting them from my I-phone to this service. But if needed I will try
