  The SunBum chapsticks arrived in a timely manner and were very well packaged. The seller reached out ahead of time to see if we wanted to cancel the order as she was concerned the chapsticks would melt in the summer heat (especially given the fact that I live in Florida). I decided to move ahead with the order but I thought it was super nice of her to be concerned and to reach out ahead of time. Thank you! :)
