Even adults like to color

I've was bored and decided to take up coloring using colored pencils (gold quality colored pencils that I can blend with) as well as using alcohol based colored pens. I love seeing my favored comic book character drawn by my favorite artists in the pages before me. The artwork is stellar and the pages durable. I do recommend copying them onto good quality paper do to the fact that many of the prints are printed front and back. This way you don't have to worry about your colors bleeding through to the other side and if you mess up, you can just reprint the page.

iwata airbrush With Filter

A great start into the world of airbrushing.

I started of airbrushing using a inexpensive airbrush that always clogged up after a few minutes of use despite the quality of paint I used or how much I thinned down my paint. I purchased the Iwata Neo after reading and watching product reviews and I have to say that I'm real happy with my purchase. The airbrush tares down real quick for cleaning and doesn't have the clogging issue my other brush did. Parts for our are readily available for it at my local hobby store should I ever need to replace something on it. I liked the Iwata so much that I bought the Eclipes for better detail work as well as larger models. I definitely recommend this airbrush to anyone just getting started in the hobby and those with more skills than me recommend it for those on the professional level.

A fun time to be a hobbiest

This model is large enough that you can light and they're is a ton of after market parts that you can get to enhance the accuracy of the model. The biggest drawback is all the paneling on the model, at least for some. The paneling is not on the original ship from start trek the motion picture. I like the paneling though and bought 2 of them, one to paint as is and the other to remove the paneling and then paint. I'll be using the aztec masking kit from aztek dummies.
