Very good seasoning with accurate instructions
I used this product immediately after receiving. The jerky was sun dried. People that sampled it could not believe this was done with hamburger. Only problem I can see is it is a bit expensive. Total (with best hamburger) is approx. 28 cents... My problem... You get what you pay for...

Bought because of past experience with the generic product. Worked well for me as a low volume user especially.
