This is great!
My cats love this and it encourages them to drink more and the water stays much fresher. It runs quietly and with the water in it, it is too heavy for them to knock over. (I have one that tried). It is easy to take apart and clean too. I am very happy!

I really don't know.
I honestly don't know if this works. I have tried it 3 times (3 different months) and it doesn't seem to promote harmony for my 5 cats.
