Welcome to the future
6 personnes sur 6 ont jugé cet avis utile. I upgraded from an iPhone 5s to a Space Gray iPhone 8 Plus, and I feel like I stepped into the future. The increase in battery life, the quality of the screen, the amazing camera, the speed, and the extra storage space are all fantastic. It's a much larger device than my previous one, but since I use it more as a small computer than as an actual phone, I am thankful for the extra screen real estate.
Many of these improvements I anticipated based on my research prior to purchase, but the biggest surprise is the improved battery life. I get at least twice the battery life I was seeing on my iPhone 5s, and that's with a brand new battery only recently installed in the 5s.
I used Android devices exclusively until I purchased my iPhone 5s, and I continue to prefer the integrated Apple hardware and software ecosystem. Android has better swype-typing keyboards, but in most other respects I prefer Apple's experience.
Everything about this phone is a step up from my older iPhone, except the loss of the headphone jack. Bad move, Apple. I hope they bring it back.
