Really Fun
It's great but it's HIGH IMPACT! Meaning you have to been in TOP shape. I would suggest working up to this workout if you are a beginner. Then this would be a great work out. Also the music is not up to par. I used my own current dance cd's. Other than that a great work out for HIGH IMPACT excercising. I got this for 5 bucks & I think that is an excellent value!

Better than Reviews! 2 loud! have 2 turn it down! Great 4 walking & exercising! HANDS FREE! don't have 2 worry about it falling off your shorts when walking fast! that's what a LOVE about it!

Stun Gun
WOW all i can say is i'm afraid of it! haven't had 2 use it yet but the charge that comes out makes me JUMP! i think it would literally knock them out ! it seems pretty powerful! let's just say i feel SAFE!
