The sign was in excellent mint condition as described in the listing. The seller did an outstanding job encasing the somewhat fragile thin metal sign in protective wrapping, styrofoam padding, and two layers of heavy duty cardboard prior to shipping via USPS. The USPS delivered the package without incident in undamaged condition. I have many years as an EBay buyer. The seller is an outstanding EBay seller! Highly recommended!

My single best transaction on EBAY. I had frequent and quick updates from the seller soon after my purchase that kept me informed of their progress in packing and shipping my item. The item arrived quickly via FedEx which is the gold standard in my remote part of the country. The item was lovingly packaged with tons of different types of packing material to protect my purchase. The item arrived safe and sound and to me looked like it was in high quality showroom condition. Free batteries too!

Nifty spiffy little gadget.

Nifty spiffy little gadget. I have yet to hook it up to my computer through the headphone port and try to transfer my vinyl output to computer files, but it does make my vintage turntable function with my newer Sony amplifier beautifully - and that was the principal reason for my purchase. Works great!

This is my second Artisan 835 - and heaven forbid I should ever have to live without one at my desk.

I had one of these for years. It is easy to use and reliable. It handles after market in cartridges with no problem. It does a beautiful job on photo paper, card stock, and even cover stock. I never used it for CD printing. The duplex never failed me, although people say it does not hold up. This is a well behaved machine.
