VW Volkswagen Beetle 1302 Beetle 1970-72 Red Red 1:43

Well made, realistic collectors model NOT a toy!

Well made diecast model of 1972 flat w/s era Beetle badged as the 1300 on engine cover in the UK and features the tade mark black insert chrome bumpers, chrome door running boards and stone guards. Although his item is a German LHD and is decaled as the 1303, the model is a very realistic copy of my RHD Beetle Reg No: KJB 401L. My experience of the 1303 was that it had a curved w/s, more rounded front body [boot lid] and larger rear light clusters. So be careful which Beetle type you want in your collection!

This is an excellent reproduction LHD reproduction Beetle. For the purist who loves their 1972/73 model be aware tha the side mirrors are missing and the rear light cluster features the standard continental brake/stop light configuration. Sadly, no UK rear light indicator/brake light/reversing light clusters. If you can see past these differences then a very good buy - enjoy or detest is yopur choice caveat emptor!
