for doing the chore of case prep. this is fast. simple and precise. That's pretty much what it's all about. You can do it by hand no sign it will be as precise.

NLT

While the notes are good and the NLT makes for a good read, an NLT bible is not in of itself a good study bible, It is not really a translation of the bible but rather a para phrasing of the Bible. For the person who seeks an easy read with good notes this Bible fills the bill but I would not suggest this to be your only Bible there are better actual translations out there, NIV, New King James, etc. etc.
