Great sound - great 4k picture - bad manufacture service response.
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. As others have noted, this model setup is not for the novice or faint of heart. I am quite good with electronics and this machine really tested my skills ! I did however finally get it done. You need to consult the manual quite a bit. Of course, he manual does not come with the instrument, It hs to be downloaded from the manufactures website.
I have had to consult with Denon about one problem I can not solve and they are NOT very good at returning a service request. The off button on the remote (or the set) will not shut off the power to the sub-woofer so I have to either disconnect the cable from the amp or shut off the sub (I bought a Polk 10" new) . I tired email AND calling...no return email or call back for a week. Tried calling back and got disconnected...... terrible service.
