  Tried to make a offer with no reponce,, went ahead and bid on the item, won the bid paid for it and when I sent a request for pickup, the seller said it was sold already and the bid was not taken down, when I requested a refund I was told to contact ebay, I would not recommend this seller as there is something dishonest in the way he does business.
