waste of money
Just a bunch of squirrely east coast dishes with no nutritional data at all... totally useless!

Well worth adding to your library!
An excellent book with depth and character. Highly recommended! David Weber has obviously studied political science as he describes the manouverings and machinations to a tee. My only disagrement was with Yawata Strike and attendant casualties. I truely believe that this series will be one of those that is printed and reprinted for decades to come.

weights and measures problem
Like so many others, calorie count is per ounce on one thing and per cup on another....what the hell is a cup??? loosely packed or firmly packed? and some chicken with bones have a widely different edible wt. after deboning than others....for instance free range chicken versus cage raised on fattening diet. JUST GIVE CALORIES PER FRIGGIN' OUNCE FOR GOD'S SAKE!!
