Compelling Plot
I loved the book so had to follow up with the movie. It's always a struggle to decide either to read or watch first so it doesn't ruin the effect. In this case, maybe I should have watched the movie first? There's always more detail in the book. I must admit, I've seen better acting from the two leads. I was a little surprised about that. The other person that watched it with me thought it was a heart wrenching story & really got into it though so I must have just set my expectations too high from reading first.

Adrenal Fatigue
This book is a very easy read. The pictures are cartoon and funny but very true to the way one feels with this "disorder". I purchase this book at my naturopathic doctors recommendation that I read it to fully understand what adrenal fatigue is all about.
