Broke after 15 minutes
The belt is not good for about 15 minutes until they break for no other reason than being poor quality. The belts may be old and not being made to spec.now. Time for a new vacuum.

Noticable update from 60K original equipment
I have updated to Bilstein on another vehicle and experienced very noticeable improvement. This update to front shocks on 07 GMC Canyon off road made the slightly jiggly ride calm. Also cornering was more stable. Well worth the premium price for a premium ride.
