These are very easy to work with coils, and they chuk clouds beautifully, The shipping is a bit slow, but well worth the wait, for the price I paid😜...would definitely recommend for a beginner, novelist or whatever.....

they are thin- what i was looking for for, i use them under my sole, and it works so that i can fill out wider shoes…i use spenco insoles also,just wanted try something different,surprisingly comfortable.
