  BEWARE. Seller marked item as shipped but never provided tracking, only giving an excuse of "they haven't released the payment yet" then stopped responding to messages. Then marked up the price on the same radio I bought. Had to open a case with eBay to get refund since seller never responded. Watch out for this one, seems very shady.

  Came up with multiple excuses on way my items were not being shipped. This went on for 3 weeks. The last being the seller was Ted me to deposit money into his PayPal because . He stated EBay was not giving him the money for some reason . Felt like I was dealing with a scam artist

  bought a apx 4000 he had 6 for sale all of a sudden a hour later refunds me saying broken or not in stock . i asked a question days prior no response did get a total refund but needed that radio . hard to believe how quick people are to not even decent enough to e mail you on there issue .
