  Absolutely gorgeous bear as described. Fantastic communication with seller and Zoe included a personalised note in box which was lovely.   Zoe is the perfect seller! She was unfailingly helpful and accommodating, and replied promptly and with friendliness to all communications. Also, her packing can only be described as sensational - it could have withstood a nuclear bomb. The six glass lampshades which formed part of the parcel arrived in perfect condition. The parcel was posted the same day that I asked it to be sent, and arrived the next day. Flawless service.
