  I purchased this item 2/6/24. Sent email 2/13 asking when it will ship. Sent another email 2/15. Didn't hear back until 2/16. I was told sorry, they had just moved and item wasn't available right now and they don't know how to do a refund. Never said when it will ship and as of today still nothing from them. I sent a request to ebay for a refund who forwarded to seller and they have until 2/24 to make it right. I don't even want this item now!!! Just my money!!!
