H.W.Brands brings history to life with clarity and relevance for the modern reader.
Still reading it, but it's well written non fiction that makes you feel like you can't wait to read more!

I used to own this album on cassette tape. As I was building my Iggy Pop cd collection, I couldn't find this one in stores or online as a download. I think it has to do with Iggy being owned by different labels. Anyway, this isn't an album that the casual Iggy fan will love, but if you really like "New Values" and "Soldier" then you might like this one. It's more creative and rough than his later polished sound, but I like it because I feel like he's experimenting in the studio and I'm a witness to the performance.
