3-D experience terrible

We have a 3-D TV, so I assumed this 3-D DVD would be like other 3-D movies I have purchased that you can watch on a 3-D TV with your own 3-D glasses that are for your TV. This DVD came with paper glasses (green on one side, and red on the other side). The colors were a lot worse than just watching the regular DVD of Polar Express. The red colors looked brown! So Santa's huge gift bag was brown! So if you have a 3-D TV, don't buy this DVD.
