This worked where a SATA/IDE adapter did not

My laptop died. It had a hardware failure. I needed to get the files off of the drive. I have a SATA/IDE To USB Adapter that worked fine for IDE drives, but for some reason did not work with my laptop's SATA drive. I purchased this case, installed the drive, plugged the USB cable into my new laptop, and Voila! There were my files!!! No fuss. No muss. No external wires and cables. No that I have recovered my files, I can use this hard drive in the case for a backup system.

The only brand of bags I use

These are a great price, and I have never had aproblem with the seal leaking as I have had with other non-Food Saver brand bags. I vacuum seal a LOT...everything from prepared meals to raw meats to ingredients like fresh parsley and cilantro, just so I have them on hand. I buy all sizes of bags and rolls from this vendor.
