  Seller did not ship item on time, then when questioned said it had been shipped but come to find out they shipped it to their own mailing address and signed for it as we have proof from USPS of delivery address and signature - filling a fraud transaction claim with eBay now. Unbelievable!

  The product was nothing like in the pic or description a completely different tool. Try to contact seller to get this fix no response back. This person needs to be completely kicked out of ebay.
