  item arrived quickly, the pictures in the auction were of poor quality, so relying on the description of the seller was all I had to go on. 2 of the cards were in stated condition one of them had some signs of play and since the cards arrived in top loaders but not in sleeves I can only assume the seller damaged the card placing it into the top loader unprotected. he essentially blamed me for the condition of the card when I brought this to his attention.
