Great kit, lots of fun!!
3 personnes sur 3 ont jugé cet avis utile. Pros: This is a VERY nice little kit, with good, crisp detail, and smooth gray plastic that is easy to work with. The rubber tires, which I usually hate, are actually quite nice, with a very soft, matte finish, not shiny or hard like some aircraft tires I've seen in other kits.
Cons: Lots of tiny, thin, fiddly parts that I found pretty difficult to work with, and I build a lot of models. However, the subject sort of requires this to be accurate, so this should be expected. Some of these small parts have a some fit problems, and it's very difficult to build it so the wheels turn, but that's not hugely important to me. While the detail is crisp, it is not entirely accurate with respect to some of the engine parts, (I have seen many of these tractors) and the fan blades are very thick and out of scale. The grille slats are molded in, so you can't see through the spaces, but at this scale, that would be tough to do well.
Overall: A fun kit, and well worth the 27 USD I paid for it. I would suggest to Heller that they consider adding some photo-etch parts to better replicate those thinner items in future releases, and clarify some of the placement drawings in the instructions (arrows pointing to the wrong places)
I commend Heller for putting this kit out. I hope it sells well and they make many more like it, such as the Ford 8N. I would buy every one they make!!

Way better than I expected for the price!
I bought this for my 20" Dell monitor. For 10 bucks shipped I thought it might be kinda wimpy for a larger monitor like that, but I gave it a shot, and was quite surprised! It's a tad crude, but way stronger than I expected, pretty solid, and easy to install/use. Only con is the tilt adjustment is a little clunky, hard to use. Comes with all the hardware you would need to install it just about anywhere. Definitely worth the 10 bucks I paid!!

Nice, crisp detail, fit together well.
Those initial questions are kind of stupid, so I'll clarify.
I've worked with a lot of resin details, and this set is pretty good. Not perfectly accurate (such as the brake handle to the right of the seat) but really very close overall, and certainly better than any kit offering. Crisp detail, no bubbles, though one side panel was pretty badly warped, had to straighten it with the blow dryer or hot water method (not boiling!!), but I broke it once. The parts fit together well, though I personally hate molded-in wiring. I prefer to make my own wires, but it would be very hard to remove all the wiring in this set, so I left it, and its not bad at all.
I can't speak to the fit with the Trumpeter kit, as I used it in the old Revell kit. It actually fit decently, with a few minor mods, though the headrest was a bit too wide for the top of the canopy.
Overall, a very decent improvement over the kit cockpit, and I would definitely recommend it.
