  While there were some issues with the item that were not noted in the description, after a quick conversation with the seller they gave a partial refund as per request. They did offer a full refund but shipping it back was too steep for us. I am very satisfied with their professional approach and quick resolving of the matter. Overall I am happy with this experience.
