Small, but does the job!
On my Asus laptop, the headphone port is on the same side as my mouse, and I would repetitively hit the plug with my hand. This lets the plug and wire run perpendicular to the laptop, keeping it out of the way of my mouse and hands.
If you don't need an extension, but need to keep the headphone plug out of the way, this is PERFECT.

Huge upgrade from the Galaxy Sky she was using. Responds quickly to touches and doesn't drop calls.
