    Seller was INCREDIBLE! I needed the product immediately and went out of his way to get it to me the next day (within 12 hours!). Without the immediate response to my message on shipping I never would have gotten the package in time. I wish all sellers treaded their business and customers as well as @beaublanco.

    Great eBayer! In the vintage stereo equipment market segment on eBay, there are a lot of really shady sellers and buyers. This seller is 1st class. Preamp was exactly as described, packaged perfectly, shipped in a timely manner, and the value was through the roof. The preamp is like brand new. I am very happy!!

    I had issues connecting the first one I received. The service was top-notch and very responsive. They sent me an additional hub that I did get set up, and it works great. The seller has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced on eBay.

    Although this seller was pretty speedy in processing, packaging and shipping my order, he sent me a slightly different product from the one he advertised and that I thought I was buying (Sony STR-DA3700ES 7.2 Channel AV versus STR-DA3600ES 7.2 Channel AV). OH Yes, within 3 days upon placing my order online, I pronto received my package through UPS but unfortunately upon opening it, I found the content somewhat different. DA3600ES and not DA3700ES!. I am toying with returning the product, but...

Decent for the money, but I would have other paid more for something better
The mats fit well but they were about half as thick as the OEM ones and the metal rings that snap into the plugs on the floor don't stay well. The mats travel across the floor as you get in and out of the car
