  I would give this seller a negative rating, she is charging almost the cost of the bead to return. I misunderstood her listing and asked her if I could return the bead in a regular envelope, which made me have to close the return as she only had 2 return options, she said yes I could return it this way. I even was willing to buy the 3 beads I need from her, but she claims she has never received it & of course there is no proof I did on my receipt. Horrible business, never again. Buyer beware.
