One of Best Books Ever...
This book is without a doubt one of the best available on food and spice dehydrating. Well illustrated and easy to follow instructions. You would have to look long and hard to find better. The author has written this book in such a way. that even the newest dehydrator can become and expert. As Spring and Summer are just around the corner, I'm looking forward to saving some of Natures Harvest for uses during those out of season months. Book has several excellent suggestions for different kinds of dehydrating. From meats to vegetables and fruits.

A.. Little Disappointed..
Fantastic Shipping.. Great prices.. Volume is terrible on almost half the songs. It's as if the Microphone was not turned on. It's like they are singing from a distance to the mic on several songs. The selection of songs for cd is good. It's like they messed up re - recording the songs instruments are very loud where as voices are very weak, almost inaudible.
