Very very good
Great product, really does what it says on the tin. Built to resist usual attacks and built to last, great feel to it with heavy handles very well sprung.

Brilliant leds!
Bought this to brighten up my reversing light. Oh yes! Easily 3x brighter than a normal W21W, the 0.6A means this run a little over 8W, about the most you could safely put into such a bulb as leds don't like it too hot, ideal for short duration lights such as reversing lights, brake lights or flashers - though not strictly legal for brake or flashers.
These must be the first LEDs on ebay in a long time where I have no reason to doubt the lumens claimed.
The 144 led chips cover almost all the positions light would emerge from a normal bulb, so they give a great shadow free sierras of light. The extra length of the illuminating area means some of the extra light is focused further away, ideal due seeing or being seen.
I'm now looking for an Amber version as that would finally make a way to get rid of the fried egg look without losing light output - in fact it would be brighter than stock.
I wouldn't be sure about long term prospects in always on applications as 8W means they would run pretty bit for LEDs.
The photo shows the pattern of light on the wall with a single reversing light now totally monstering the turn signal on that side. I used busy mode to catch it when both flashers were on (hazards). Bright!

Protection but not pretty and not cheap
Good protection where it covers, there's nothing better than "helicopter tape" for protection, BUT (a) it leaves too much exposed glass around the home and earpiece, (b) it's ultimately too soft and scratches easily and (c) even when fitted perfectly it dries to leave a slight orange peel effect, creating distracting glossy not-quite right reflections. It will last well, but it will be annoying while it lasts...
