great for any age
my wife and I are 72 years of age and the Total Gym is great. the number of workouts that can be done is almost endless. very easy and quick to adjust from one exercise to the next. we have only had this for 2 weeks and notice a change in our bodies. most other exercise machines only target a couple of area's to your body. the total gym lets you work on the total body. GREAT machine.

Easy to use
This broadcast spreader is very well balanced, very much easier to load than the fabric sided ones,adjustments are very easy to use, also the operator can adjust which direction to apply the product (left-right-or straight ahead without moving your walking pattern).
