Has the Minerals our Bodies Need for Good Health

My dad showed up at my door and I told him he looked like he was dying. His skin was grayish and ashy looking. He pressed one finger into his skin and it stayed indented like Playdo for a LONG time. Upon opening the door he told my dad, "You need salt!" Dad bought 10lbs of Redmond from my friend and headed back across the country. After a day of driving my stepmom called. She was crying and told me that this salt had saved his life. After an event like that, I will never eat any other salt. Good salt with minerals is critical for good health.
