  Fantastic & Understanding seller. The quality and appearance of the doll is as described new. The value of the doll was lowered to a reasonable cost for me. Everything was excellent down to the communication, patience, fast ship and delivery. The added bubble wrap ensuring the protection against the postal service is very much appreciated.   This seller goes above and beyond for their customers. I accidentally put the incorrect mailing address and they fixed the shipping with FedEx and provided me with updates during the rerouting. The doll is beautiful and arrived nicely and safely packaged. I can’t wait to give this to my friend, thank you so much for everything, I really appreciate it!

  I should have read the “full description” before making decision to buy. No fault to seller, all on me. Title of item noted NRFB, and I did not look further. The actual doll had not been removed but the large black poodle with leash/collar is missing and what looked liked old cookie crumbs throughout the box. That said, this Seller was upfront, quick to ship and I would buy from again but with much further inspection of item of interest.

  Doll arrived in great conditions and very well packed. Shipping was fast delivery toke more than usual due to delays at USPS no seller fault. Communication with seller was great. I will order from this seller again.
