  I ordered this laptop to send to my son who is a Marine stationed in Okinawa, Japan. After 3 weeks, it had not arrived yet so I started inquiring about it. I was sent a tracking record for USPS. I learned that a week after ordering, someone signed for it and it disappeared. After more inquiries, I was told that they could not ship it to Japan. So a month after I paid, I was told it can't be sent.. not happy at all for this was a birthday present and we missed his birthday. They're not organized!

  I did not mislead you and someone stole the laptop and signed for it and is not fair leaving the bad review still out there when it was out of my control. Can you please take down the review?
