  After I received the phone, here is sellers reply to my eBay complaint:“My apologies the phone has never been used except to turn it on. The plastic packaging may be missing. I will send a partial refund of $25 …...”LIAR, SHYSTER!! Why was the phone unwrapped if not used? Where is the manufacturers secure packaging? Why was the Sim card tool torn out then retaped? Seller offered $25 refund but only submitted $20 to eBay for me to accept or refuse. Blatant lies abound with this seller. BEWARE
