Before installing it, remember to clean the wall with Nail Polish Remover or Alcohol to remove any soap residue on the wall , it will stick to better.

Hyperbiotics Pro 15, better than Most others
Hyperbiotics PRO-15 Probiotic does not disolve completely in your stomach, but continues disolving in your intestines, so it has a longer life in your body. I have seen better hair since I have been taking this product. It seems expensive to me, but less expensive probiotics don't seem to have any outward results.

Best for Sleeping
I drink this prior to going to bed and any time I wake up in the night, so I fall back to sleep again. It works well with no hang over or sleepiness in the morning. Better than a sleeping pill, as you can't overdose.
