  The item was not as described...it had important pieces missing that was needed to build. It was new and packaged in sealed bags but one side of box was open and a bag of pieces made it's way out somewhere...BUT even though the seller had a no return policy I was refunded my full amount. The seller made it right and I truly appreciate it. Thank you! It was packaged and shipped very well though! I would buy again from this seller. I hold no hard feelings.

  I accidentally received a different type of sock from the seller than I purchased. I reached out and the seller responded very quickly. The seller was completely up front and honest and explained the mix up. I would absolutely still recommend this seller. I would still purchase from the seller possibly in the future because of how well they handle this situation.

  Seller was quick to advise us that shipping would be delayed because of the unexpected snowstorm in the southeast U.S. Seller then contacted us again when she was able to reach an open post office. Item arrived thereafter as described. Excellent experience with this seller.

  Item as described and got here in good time fore a Halloween costume. Packaging could’ve been better, came in a reused brown Amazon package taped up. Luckily wasn’t ripped open or squashed just a small tear when delivered in packaging.
