Machine washable but not dryable
Comfy, excellent quality, no unwelcome chemical odors when removed from the package. It is technically "machine washable" but only in a front loader machine. It cannot be dried in a dryer. I hope it never gets dirty.

Bad design.
Impossible to put the cuff on the wrist in the same place every time. The readings are erratic and inaccurate. I returned the unit.

Energy without jitters
The raspberry tastes much better than other flavors. Half the bottle is enough for the day for me.
