  Item purchased 4/20. Never shipped. I reached out multiple times. No response from Seller. Had to wait 10 days (until estimated delivery time lapsed) before I could report item as not received. eBay then said buyer had 7 additional days to respond. I SHOULD get a refund (in the end) but my money will have been tied up in this transaction for almost 3 weeks by then. Unreal. I tried to cancel transaction after the first week but EBay rejected. Unhappy. Do not waste time with this seller

  Seller refused any communication on the purchase of a watch. No tracking on the shipment. I asked for information regarding purchase and was given no response. I think the seller was reselling the watch from another source and did not have possession of the merchandise for sale. Seller says they are doing business in Memphis TN. Roughly 3.5 hours from the point of delivery to me. No tracking, no communication, probably didn’t own the merchandise to sell.

  I purchased this dish 3/31/22, it was lost by the USPS and resurfaced 4/24/22, delivered 4/25/22. Tracking showed it arriving in Memphis 4/6/22 into an apparent black hole. Est delivery of 4/9. Though it is not the sellers fault it got lost I would be willing to pay more for shipping for 3 day delivery/priority mail and insurance. Even the investigation from USPS showed it as lost. I was happy to finally get it, communication with the seller was challenging in the beginning.

  Although one of the four bowls I received was broken, the seller was very quick to respond and they shipped me a replacement bowl ASAP. I was very pleased with customer service, and all of the bowls (except the broken one) are in perfect condition! Would definitely recommend this seller.
