I love the headphones and the sound is beautiful, but I can only get them to work with the cord attachment. I'm not able to pair to my tablet or phone, even after following all directions. Regardless, I'm still very happy with my purchase, but I do need to be hands free on occasion lol

They have a very hard plastic ear hook. ...
They have a very hard plastic ear hook. They do not fit around my ears properly, and they aren't even the ones I purchased. The ones I purchased were supposed to have a flexible ear hook.
