Bought this V11 because of the reviews. Who knew that it would perform that well !!! Bought a refurbished unit simply because it had the few accessories that I need. Bought this V11 because of the reviews. Who knew that it would perform that well !!! Bought a refurbished unit simply because it had the few accessories that I need. We have 2 dogs and 4 cats...imagine the pet hair on the carpets :) This V11 works amazingly well, outperformed the bigger yet practical *** cordless vacuum that I had been using for a few years. The Dyson picks up hair and dust, I would say at least two times better. Less passes over the same spot to try to dislodge pet hair in the rugs and carpets throughout the house. Thanks Dyson for a fantastic product.
