Wish you were here - Pink Floyd Cd

I'm not a Pink Floyd fan but this album is very good and not the usual dreary music they are known for.The song 'Wish you were here' is a timeless classic that stands the test of time as a quality song that could have been written and recorded yesterday. The other songs are all interesting subjects with some level of angst or disappointment.

REM-Part Lies,part heart,part truth, part garbage 1982-2011
Until I bought this after a 10 or more years of not listening to REM, I'd forgotten how many great songs they had produced. If you are new to REM this double CD collection is a good starting point as these are by no means all of their best songs as that would have consisted of 4 CDs at least.
