Good and easy-to-follow book
The advises in the book are concise, practical, down-to-earth and doable without putting yourself through unnecessary fear or stress.
Since I was born and raised in Eastern Europe, I like to compare the French, English and American etiquettes. There are some small differences. Since I have been living in the USA a long time, I now prefer the American approach to etiquette.
Good book!

Great teaching video
An absolute must for students of haute couture. No one is a better teacher than Claire. I already knew some of the techniques she teaches, but not all of them.
