Not exactly as shown, but should be fine
Comes with a pair of wide and thick rubber bands as opposed to what is shown in the pictures, but the gel filters themselves are exactly as shown, so it should be fine.

Nicely made, not for cheaper bikes.
Well made made, but make sure you measure properly and don't leave things to chance, I assumed all headsets are more or less the same, and I was wrong, it left me with not enough thread exposed to properly tighten, probably because my bike is a lower end model, I expect higher end bikes won't have that problem.

Not too bulky looks nice and covers the phone.
One of the few name brand products still available for this phone.
