There IS a big difference between the cheap U1 and expensive U3 memory chips!
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I purchased 3 of these to use in a dash-cam. They do not work so well in a dash-cam because they cannot endure the stress of constantly writing fast into the memory chip. Part of this is my fault for not knowing the difference between U1 and U3 chips, but when it says on the U1 type package that it supports HD video, I thought it should work fine for just 720 video at 30 fps, but it doesn't. The more expensive U3 does work ok, but I wish I could return the three U1 chips I already bought and now can't use. One of the three is still in the unopened package! Money wasted.

I'll be back.
For my application, these ball bearings exceeded my expectation by far and were sold to me at a tiny fraction of the cost of what I could find locally.
