akruti nirali has been in business since 2015. We have little experience selling online, but we love what we sell. The products we sell are of good quality. We learned that selling low quality items is not for us. Mainly because of high customer dissatisfaction rate. The items we sell are sourced with our consumers in mind, not profits. Therefore, we stand behind everything we sell. If we do make a mistake however(as we are still learning), please give us a chance to rectify it. We appretiate honest feedback, as it lets us understand our consumer preferences even better.

Seller contacted and refused assistance. The seller can file the claim and get the shipping refund, pass it on the buyer.
